11/45 memory:	No change.

New Ampex	Still debugging - TED.

Megastore:	Arrived Dec. 18, began operating Dec. 20.  So far, Two memory
		modules have died and a power supply has blown twice.
		Acceptance tests are proceeding - ME.

KA10:		Pager problem fixed again - JBR.

DCA scanner:	Still awaiting replacement parts.

Ampex Discs:	LLL & DEK drives still haven't worked yet - LES.
		Floppy drive in old controller still broken?

9-track tapes:	Limbo - LES.

Datamedias:	Will try to order some this week (again) - LES.

UDS modems:	One received; awaiting telephone line - LES.

Vadic modem:	Discovered that we were shipped Vadic-style, rather than
		Bell-style modems.  We should grumble about this - LES.

Dialnet:	Works on our machine.  Awaiting other computers to talk to - MRC.

Arms:		Gold arm in place.  Debugging of wiring proceeding - ES.

Varian Plotter:	Dan Blom and a friend have volunteered to do an interface - LES.

TTY11 Autodialer: Still broken - LES.

TIP:		The high speed glitch in our TIP is being chased this evening
		by Andeasson of BBN - LES.


			PROGRAMS

WAITS:		LLL line still generates excessive system interrupts.
		Needs more bullet-proofing - ME.

		KA10 now runs out of its own memory.  User jobs can no longer run
		on KA10 - ME.

		Propose reorganizing terminal I/O to facilitate use of nonstandard
		terminals - ME.
